My complaint is with your system. I checked in on line at 12:00. It said 1 hour wait which to me is 1:00. It is now 1:15 and they just took someone in front of me. Who knows how long I will have to sit and wait now. I had to cancel plans and I’m vwry disappointed. Bad system and horrible policy. This has nothing to do with the store or the stylists. It’s all on your lousy system which is not customer friendly.

I was in the area so I stop by for haircut & beard trim and received a great cut from Haifa, I left the shop feeling really good. Thank you very much, Richard M.

Today for the first time I received a great hair cut and beard trim from Theresa, she took care of all my needs. I felt so refresh and ready for the rest of the day:). Thank you again for your services Theresa. Richard M.
