My review is based on the process in which you are taking appointments and how our experience was handled. We arrived at the store to find the request to check-in online and to wait for someone. I stood outside the store while I was checking in online - approx 5 minutes and no one came outside to greet us. The app stated that there was a 28 minute wait. My son and I waited in our car with the air conditioner on as it was around 100 degrees outside. We received the 15 minute notice alert. When the app stated we only had 5 minutes remaining and to let the staff know we were here we went back to the entrance and waited. Theresa came out right away and then proceeded to let us know that it would be another 25 minutes as someone else arrived ahead of us and they took them. We had selected a particular stylist only because her wait time was the least. Theresa did not offer for us to see anyone else to eliminate our wait time. You can't expect to have clients wait outside with no seating or shade in 100 degree temperature to wait 28 minutes for a haircut and then another 25 minutes. Someone should have called to let us know that our stylist was ready and to see if we were at the store. This time can be challenging, but you need to figure out a better system for serving your clients.
